This assessment focuses specifically on the competency of your managers at all levels of your organization. The MPA can be administered as a stand alone tool or alongside management training and development. As a stand alone, HMS will take a snap shot of your organization’s management skills & practices. In conjunction with a Training Series, Coaching or a Development Plan, the MPA is a tool that will provide pre and post information exploring the progress and growth of your managers enrolled in one of these performance improvement initiatives. Once the assessment has been completed, HMS prepares a comprehensive report providing you with the data and information gained from the MPA.
