Human Management Services, Inc. (HMS) has been providing Employee Assistance
Programs (EAP) services continuously since 1979. We currently provide EAP,
Work/Life and Risk Management services on a local, regional, national and
international level.
Our goal is to manage risk by increasing the awareness of EAP services to
managers, supervisors and employees. Our mission and commitment has always been
to provide the highest quality Employee Assistance Program in order to benefit
both employees seeking assistance as well as, employers seeking maximum cost
savings associated with Employee Assistance Programs.
HMS specializes solely in the design and delivery of employee assistance
programming and has the necessary expertise to assist in the identification,
prevention, and resolution of productivity problems.
HMS “Core Technology” services include: 24-hour crisis intervention;
evaluations and short-term counseling; work/life programs; and referral
services; case management, management training; unlimited management
consultations; educational workshops and seminars; monthly newsletters; Critical
Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD); and many promotional materials.
