HMS prides itself on encouraging employee participation in its programs through ongoing education and awareness.

HMS distributes a variety of materials to help all employees and their eligible dependents understand the HMS programs and services available to them and how to access them. 

HMS also offers specialized publications for managers and supervisors, providing them with insight on how HMS can be utilized as a management tool in handling difficult situations.

All of HMS' materials are designed to provide information that leads to early intervention and to remind employees and eligible dependents that HMS is available to them on an ongoing basis.
