DOT Compliance HMS is committed to keeping companies in compliance with the Drug Free Workplace Act (PL 100-690) and the specific Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Part 382.
The Department of Transportation Regulation 382-603 requires employers
to ensure that any person designated to supervise drivers must
receive 60 minutes of training on alcohol abuse and 60 minutes of
training on controlled substance abuse. HMS has extensive
training experience in helping companies maintain compliance with the
Drug Free Workplace Act (PL 100-690) and the specific Department of
Transportation (DOT) training regulations, Part 382. |
In addition to the Drug and Alcohol Reasonable Suspicion Training,
